    • Minimize handling – Avoid touching the oil or inside of the bottle.
    • Check expiry – Most oils last 2-5 years, but natural ingredients may fade faster.

  • Shipping Policy

    Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

    Shipping Methods:
    We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order. Delivery times typically range from 7-10 business days. Please note that once your order has been shipped, delivery times are in the hands of USPS, and delays can occasionally occur.

    Shipping Fees:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

     

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Returns:
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with all original packaging.

    Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at saundee.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

    Exchanges:
    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

    Return Shipping:
    The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
